    You sound American.
And you sound like a fgt. You're the one going on about Joshua being the "unified champion" I'm just telling you how it actually is.

He’s already been busted up in sparring by aj and it will happen again.
Fury got busted up by Otto wallin so that shows you his level.
Wilder has less boxing skill than you
Fury went to America and fought the most feared man in boxing despite knowing he wasn't anywhere fit, why the *** would he duck a man who got dominated and KOd by a morbidly obese unranked nobody 8 months ago?

Fury was weight drained against Wallin who is actually a very decent HW, rest assured, now he's fit and at his ideal weight, he'll smash AJ's glass jaw all over the ring.

That's if Joshua actually gets in the ring with Fury and doesn't suffer another "panic attack"

You carry on talking about a completely out of context sparring session if it makes you feel any better, but deep down you know what's going to happen.

He is the unified champion. You can hate him as much as you want the fact remains he is the unified champ.

No, he’s a unified belt holder. Holding belts means nothing, it matters who you beat.

Champions beat real Champions and take their title. AJ just collects belt. There’s a difference.

Look at how many rubbish belt holders there are floating around, whether they have 1 belt or 3 belts. Who cares unless they beat someone very decent?

Ricky Burns is a 3 division belt holder, but he wasn’t really a true champion in 3 division, he just picked up easy belts. Jeison Rosario is a unified champ right now at 154, but nobody considers him top of the tree.

In boxing there are champs and there are belt holders. Fury is a champion because he beat long reigning champions. AJ is a belt holder, that’s it.

          I agree with this post

a fighter should be blamed for inactivity, even if injured

          but in saying that...

          1) Fury is clearly the #1 heavyweight
          2) if AJ does not fight Fury... then Fury will simply be added to his "avoided at all costs" list... alongside Wilder

that will NOT be a good look

I get that AJ is a huge draw, and I get that they have fans to milk... but there were 3 legit champs, surely AJ can fight at least one of the other champions if his reign is to be taken seriously

at this point... AJ needs that fight for legitimization, NOT Fury

The truth is top 3 heavyweights don’t get beaten around the ring, round after round off a fringe contender like Ruiz. Getting wiped out with a shot like Lewis did, fair enough it could happen to anyone, but getting smashed round after round by someone like Ruiz is not really top 3 material.

Once AJ get’s relieved of those belts again, he should probably be ranked just above guys like Breazeale. Past wins over 40 year old Povetkin types shouldn’t allow you float around the top of the rankings.

It’s hard to even pinpoint an impressive AJ win yet. Is his win over Parker much good? He had to get the ref to help him beat a guy that arguably lost to Hughie Fury. Wlad was a Fury leftover. Povetkin is old and went life and death with a cruiserweight not long ago and hasn’t looked good in 5 years since he was juicing.

AJ’s resume starts looking weaker and weaker when you really talk reality. Especially in contrast to Fury ending reigns of long standing champs and guys considered at the top of the division.
You claim Wlad is Fury's left over? The Wlad AJ fought, would have eaten Fury alive. That version of Wlad was sharp, hungry and more motivated. That version has nothing to lose. Apart from Ruiz vs. AJ 1, AJ had beaten all placed before him convincingly. He fights when needed, brawl when there is the need and box when there is the need. No matter how you try to paint it. Fury only had two good fights in his entire career without defending the titles he won. Great champs defend their titles!

if AJ does not fight Fury, the bold will be true

it is hilarious to hear the usual shltters insist that Fury will avoid the fight

it is clearly obvious who is most likely to avoid that fight, despite what his grinning conman promoter is saying

don't talk absolute shlt... you fkn spastic

Fury beat a BETTER version of Klitschko... and he beat him EASILY

AJ went life-n-death with Wlad AFTER Fury let the air out of his tyres

Sorry but no fighter gets better at 41 and after 18 months out of the ring. Doesn’t happen. Wlad had been on the slide for a bit and was shot by the time AJ fought him. Look how old his legs looked.

The reason Wlad looked good v AJ is because big stiff AJ would’ve been a tailor made handpicked opponent for Wlad a few years earlier with his style. That’s why his experience allowed him to be very competitive against a stiff upright fighter like AJ, but he was too old and lacking in confidence to pull the trigger and finish the job.

The Wlad that fought Fury was a bit fresher and still confident. He would’ve beaten AJ.

Fury’s style would’ve been a nightmare for any version of Wlad.

That’s the truth. But if you want to delude yourself that a 41 year old fighter coming off a long layoff and a loss was a better fighter, then carry on.

Typically when a lineal champ retires or can’t fight the top 2 guys in the division fight to establish a new lineage.
As that never happened during Fury’s two years out of the game Tyson as the clearest claim to the current lineal champ.

He can't be one of the greatest if he failed to defend those belts on multiple occasions.

Ali, Tyson, Lennox, Joe Luis, Frazier, Foreman, Marciano, Wlad, etc, all ruled for years and defended their titles on multiple occasions honorably. Some lose their titles, but later regain it. Anybody can win a title (Rahman, Douglas, Ruiz, Spinks, etc) but only the greats defend theirs and retain it for years.

From the look of things Fury is afraid to lose. He love the titles but don't want to take the responsibilities that comes with it. And from his fight with Wallin, it is obvious he can be beaten by a skilled boxer that is young and hungry. His two best wins were with the old tired Wlad and the sloppy Wilder (whose best win was against an old Ortiz)-does these two fights make him the greatest?

Boxers like Whyte, Parker, Dubois, Hrgovic, Ruiz, Yoka, etc, have what it takes to beat Fury hands down. Less skilled boxers have downed his ass before. Don't get me wrong, Fury is a good and skillful boxer but he is far from being one of the greatest of all time as you claim. You just committed a sin! May the Lord forgive you for lack of wisdom.
