So I guess they can have it both ways.
Nonsense. Triple flop is the true duck. He is the B side. Canelo offered him the fight at 155 and he tucked tail. i dont wanna hear no excuses after the B SIDE refused to make a sacrifice. ever wonder why hopkins didn't demand oscar fight him at 160? because he was the fckin B SIDE.

We can have it both ways, he lost the first fight, barely won the second fight and then said the guy isn't worthy of fighting him? According to Canelo, GGG has to prove himself and earn another shot, what exactly has GGG done since their fight to meet those requirements? Nothing, so now that he's 2 years older all of a sudden he's willing to fight him...

He ran from the trilogy, now he's fine accepting it because GGG is 2 years older and that much slower.

Canelo never said he would never fight GGG. Here is exactly what he has been saying

"Like I said before, I'm going to repeat it again: For me, that fight represents no challenge for me right now. However, what he does represent is good business. But for me, he represents no challenge. If they offer me something really good, maybe the third fight can happen."

He's always alluded to if they offer me more money maybe I'll fight him again

BECAUSE after 24 rounds, 1 fight was a draw and the other a majority decision. Sounds like its unsettled to me. The problem now is Golo is damn near 40. Saul waited him out and the trilogy has lost most of its luster. Shouldve ran it back, at the latest, last year.

I watched it twice. Live and then a week later. Maybe because I was not remotely into it (I figured it would be a controversial decision) and maybe because both guys seemed to just do the same thing over and over with no drama. I've always been bored by Canelo's fights and not been a big GGG fan so maybe that factored in.

The first fight I was into it and didn't have the same cynicism but I was bored as hell watching it. They just aren't terribly interesting fighters to me. The second was an improvement but was still meh to me.

Meaning he is not going to fight GGG because his contract doesn't say he has to and he doesn't want to give GGG another payday off his back. But if DAZN comes in and sweetens the pot then it makes sense for Canelo. Money is the issue getting Saunders done. If DAZN comes in and allocates additional money for Saunders and for Canelo in Sept I bet this get's done. Canelo will get paid more then his 35M guarantee to again beat GGG up Mexican Style and this time send him into retirement. I think Canelo either knocks out GGG probably to the body or breaks his face even worse this time and his corner stops the fight. And GGG fans continuing crying making excuses and say he was just old. LMAO
Ggg also has a guaranteed contract with DAZN though...

GGG's contract is for 15M guaranteed but with a reported clause that it goes up only if he fights Canelo I think 20-25M. Canelo is guaranteed base 35M from DAZN no matter who he fights. My guess is DAZN will put something together where Canelo's guaranteed jumps from 35M to probably 50M to fight GGG. That was always the only path I see for why Canelo would fight GGG he doesn't want GGG to get paid off his back anymore and you will need to sweeten his pot to get him onboard.
