Did you hear Lampley's comments on Ike Quartey, and how he "Obliterated" a really good fighter in Verno Phillips?
Watch the damn Phillips v.s. Quartey affair....and tell me if you think that was a case of Ike "Obliterating" Phillips. It couldn't be...because he was getting his ass totally reamed and escaped with a narrow decision.
Just because he lost a fight to just as good a fighter, who threw twice as many punches in his hometown.....doesn't mean it's the end of the world.
