Mayweather was an extremely talented and dedicated man with incredible skills, you can't just rock up to TMT and learn that ***** in 120 days.
Anyone who has boxed - and I am sure there are plenty on here - will surely agree that you can't fix Wilder in a few short months. If that was true then what's stopping everyone else? He's also a late starter to boxing, has flaws from Jay Deas being his teacher, and he's 34.
That was a publicity play by Floyd - Wilder cant reinvent himself at this stage. His best bet is to look at tape and see where there might be some openings he missed, but it's a faint hope at best.
As an aside...did anyone else notice that the right hands he did throw were not dead straight like he often has success with, but they were more looping, around the side type punches. His Breazeale and Ortiz stops were much straighter, down the pipe type digs.
