Smh Bayless can’t catch a break. Both sides are accusing him of helping the other side

Imo Bayless allowed the wrestling match to happen, so Fury’s team can’t complain, and Fury knows this and that’s why he praised Bayless in his performance as the ref. He knows the 1 point deduction for 7 rounds of boxing/wrestling was a slap on the wrist. If Cortez was the ref all that headlocking, clinching and wrestling would have been stopped immediately.

I just re-watched some of the rounds starting from round 2 and it's evident that Wilder was the one who started/initiated to grab/wrestle. Fury was the one who hurt him not the other way around..every time Fury landed something good..Wilder started grabbing him.

Warren is right, i don't know why people even come on here and start defending/making excuses for Wilder. Just watch the fight for christ sake, he has nothing..no foot work, no defense, no head movement and not even a proper jab to set up that right. He got smashed and then he blamed it on the fkn costume. If I was a fan of a fighter and then the same fighter blamed his fkn costume, I'd be the first one to sh** on him. I understand most Americans are upset that both HW champions are based in the UK but it is what it is, you gotta stop crying and respect the better man.

Yep. Blaming Fury for the grabbing is way off base. And BTW... Cortez? Bought-And-Paid-For Cortez? What a rude joke he was. Bayless can be impartial at times.... quite evident if you look back at some of his reffing... but he's squeaky clean compared to Cortez. Classic examples Hatten/Floydie, Maidana/Khan, right off top of my head.

Fury did what any smart fighter would do, every time he had the chance he put his weight on Wilder when the clinch happened and that's why the ref penalized him but Wilder was the one trying to grab everytime he had the chance, the guy was being punched/smashed around the ring like he was a boxing bag

True words by Warren. There was no controversy. Fury won decisively and definitively, and there is no need for a third fight for Wilder to get beat up again.

Well, Wilder admitted fury was better man on night. Wilder was stopped so it's hard to dispute that. Wilder can deny fury was better in first fight as it was deemed a draw.
Fury can't be blamed for costume, that was part of wilder preparation you could say. Anything you do before you get in ring is your responsibility
