You saw him stagger Garcia with it in the second round and use it to keep Garcia from charging in full blast, but then you saw it backfire as the right made it through later. Repeatedly.

Vargas was and will always be a fringe contender
Tough as nails and not a bad boxer but will not be elite
Gets hit often , once Mikey figured him out ( the fact they are friends said a lot ) he was teeing off on him and could of been nightly night
And this coming from the smaller man but the stronger man
