Wilder Vs Fury III official - July 2020

Bob Arum confirmed it, Wilders camp activated the rematch clause last night. Aiming to stage the fight late-July, before the Olympics.

That is frustrating, but will be intrigued to see how Wilder handles the pre-fight activity...

Think they're just holding their position but still considering their options?

Godspeed to Wilder. Can't be easy to go back to face the situation you took such a humiliating defeat in along so much physical punishment. Does Wilder really believe he can win or is he simply cashing out? I've actually become intrigued with how he tries to change his style for the re-rematch. Fury did it, AJ did it...let's see if Wilder can do it too and surprise us all.

I agree. My feeling is he's deluded and surrounded by yes men, and so really believes his excuses. Also makes me thing he won't be able to address or acknowledge the issues he needs to correct. His only hope is to come in light again and swing for the fences from the opening bell surely...

Great news. I think the quick turn around from the Ortiz fight really hurt Wilder. He should have waited at least 4 months before rematching Fury. Lesson learned I'm sure he'll get his revenge in the trilogy.

Don't blame wilder for trying to get his belt back but he got a massive kicking, the gulf in quality and size was huge and 1 training Camp isn't going to produce a brand new highly skilled Wilder.

You get flattened and rolled over by a steam train there is no going and planning a way around that. You don't want to get flattened? Get off the tracks.
