STILL crying like a 10 year old girl that had her Barbie doll destroyed? LOL
Loose wrist, flick jabs, palm strikes. Stop embarrassing yourself. You’re making yourself look like the most bitter, crybaby fangirl in the world. You’ve literally posted about 50 videos in the space of 24 hours, desperately hoping somebody will agree and share your pillow to cry into LOL I bet you’ve defiantly stayed away from all the videos disproving this nonsense, haven’t ya? Obviously.Comment

fury did hold dude, you are not seeing clearly if you ddin't see that. he also uses his elbows
was it enough to warrants points or a DQ? i certainly wouldn't hve docked him points, but he held and leaned on wilder a ton and that's hugely significant when a dude is so giant he drops weight to get to 275 lbs. as HW have gotten bigger that's become an increasingly more important part of the gameplan.Comment

As far as I'm aware there isn't much noise about this coming from Wilders camp or promoters until that happens I'm not interested or going to sit watching 100 angles of the tip of a glove moving in the wind followed by some YouTube guy in his basement who has never boxed a day in his life let alone wore a pair with wraps commenting "sheet mayneee you see dat glove dog!"
Wilder seems to blame the loss on his costume maybe you should make a thread of you wearing a homemade copy of his 40lbs costume and walking 200 metres to prove it weakened his legs hell you do that and I'll support your cause lol
Also, Wilder himself has already disproved the costume nonsense when he stated on Joe Rogan than he trains and does his runs in a 45lbs weighted vest LOL he’s so dim.Comment

... but OK: having in mind the fact that this comment is coming from a guy who has Ward's photo as his avi it's Ok... just OK... I don't mind...Last edited by MDPopescu; 03-02-2020, 08:33 AM.Comment

It’s professional boxing. Prizefighting. For tens of millions. It’s not amateur boxing for the prestige of a gold medal. Fury won, BOTH fights. All this crying is hilariously pathetic.Comment

at no point did I defend Wilders excuses. On the contrary, I criticized him for making himsle look like a clown. My point was, every time a fighter with a fan base loses, they and their fans make excuses. So I don't care if it's wilder, Joshua, pac, Canelo, or any other big name who has lost, making excuses for an ass whooping is lame. That was the point of my post, but Joshua fans come to his defense in groupie like fashion and say... Oh he never made excuses... Then I prove that he did and they say.... Oh but that was later though.... Wasn't as bad as wilder though. Excuses are excuses. End of story.Comment

Wilder held too. Wilder landed punches to the back of the head too. If both fighters are fouling, how is it not a fair fight? Because one guy was bigger and able to employ leans? Does that cancel out the times Wilder clung on for dear life? Does it cancel out the rabbit punches?

again, if you read [which i really doubt you did,] you'll see that i didn't think fury should have had points taken. also said he's a flat out better fighter, picked him to win both fights, blah blah blah.
but enough with the idea that wilder held or fouled as much as fury did in that fight! you can go round for round and watch the clinches, the heads, you can see from the second round on that fury is using some of the old tricks and they are illegal! is he evander holyfield? no! but he's no choir boy either!
he's been criticized and warned for it before. his knockout of steve cunningham, if you look very closely, was actually a roudhouse right hook off of a forearm shot to blind him. "tyson is a big target, but he uses his elbows and his head and he leans on you," is how ****m richardson described him in that fight. he used his elbows, holding, and his head relentlessly in that fight and i challenge you to show me anything in wilder's entire career that rivals it. just watch that fight again if you think i'm some wilder fanboy. most wilder fanboys were not watching boxing in 2013!
i can't remember a significant amount of holding or headbutting in all of wilder's career, he prefers to be on the outside and can't fight inside worth a lick anyway.
i thought bayless overstepped his boundaries when he took the point away, but if you watch hiim between rounds he was in fury's corner as early as between round 2 and 3 telling him to watch out for headbutts and elbows inside. listen to how often and the repittion with which bayless tells fury to break! he legit won't let go of the guy! he's a giant and it's a part of a strategy to wear a skinny legged puncher down. clear as day and sorry fi you cannot see that.
he also uses the same move over and over again in different fights; he will headlock someone and throw an uppercut. lennox used to do it behind the neck, fury is so tall that he actually gets you in a headlock like you used to do with your little brother.
again, i din't expect a bunch of brits who are in their second year watching boxing [and are really soccer fans] to see things clearly, but if you're a boxing fan i would expect you to be more honest about what you're seeing than you are being at the moment.Comment

wilder had no legs and was hurt. and he still initiated fewer clinches, did no headlock uppercut combos, etc.
if you don't know why that's regarded differently in boxing [clinching when you're hurt vs holding and hitting,] there's not a ton i can do for you and i'd just urge you to watch more fights at HW where guys weather storms. go back to 1970 or so and watch foreman vs ronnie lyle, ali vs kenny norton when he broke his jaw, etc. holding when you're hurt and ready to go is not the same as holding when you are not!
sheeesh, i really didn't expect you guys to be this lacking in your understanding of boxing at HW. it's like you've never seen a prizefight at HW before.Comment

I never claimed Fury didn’t foul. They. Both. Fouled. It doesn’t matter if one person committed more fouls than the other, they. Both. Fouled. When Fury initiated a clinch, there was about three or four occasions where Wilder made an actual effort to get out of the clinch, so people can’t cry about that. The rest of the time he held and threw rabbit punches. He did indeed throw just as many punches to the back of the head, in a more egregious manner than Fury if you wanna go there. Every time Wilder was in the clinch he threw intentional punches to the back of the head. Where as Wilder would turn his head, exposing the back of it when Fury would throw (the majority of the time). What’s he supposed to do? Stop his punch mid air? Lol turning away from your opponent is also a foul you know? How many times did Wilder turn away?
As I said...It. Is. Professional. Boxing. Go find me a fight where a foul isn’t committed.
You don’t hear all these ninnys moaning about Wilder swinging in punches from Neptune and hitting with the inside of the glove in previous fights, or following dangerously through with the elbow, or pulling people’s guard down so he can throw a right hand through.
This narrative of “Wilder lost because Fury fouled so much” is absolute nonsense. The first fight proves it. Any mention of “but Fury fouled” without mentioning the fouls Wilder committed comes across as bitter and fangirly.Comment
