Mikey vs Pacquiao does seem to make all kinds of sense now.

Mikey barely won IMO, and certainly didn't win by 116-111. And BTW, he looked extremely rusty the first 3-4 rounds. And didn't do nearly enough the last 1 or 2. He'd better get back in the gym after a rest, and fix some issues with inactivity for too long of stretches. Almost makes me wonder if he was wary of Vargas' power.

Personally had Vargas winning. Garcia landed more impactful shots but simply got outworked and couldn’t finish him off. Round 3 could have gone to Garcia. Maybe.

Garcia emphatically won round five and thought he took round 7 and 8 but felt he lost every other round.

You can’t win 10-20 seconds in a round and think you win the round.. unless a kd is involved.

Again.. more impactful shots landed by Garcia but Vargas put in the better work.

But Vargas has little power and is less marketable so of course he’s not gonna win the cards. Just like Herrera.

I thought 114-113 was spot on. With the knock down being the determining factor. There was a couple rounds after the KD where Mikey did next to nothing and probably landed 2 or 3 good shots but still got outworked for the majority of the round, I think it was rd8 with ****** azz Brian Kenny acting like he was getting pummeled the whole round..

I did think Vargas although he was winning early was expending A LOT of energy in the early rds as well as he was breathing very hard in the corner so I foresaw Mikey either hurting him or scoring a KD as he did soon after. I thought Jessie should have started smothering Mikey when he got tired until he caught a 2nd wind, 1 thing about Garcia his inside game is lacking.....
