Because I have been watching Vargas career since he was a prospect, including his fights with Broner and Dulorme so I understand his level of skill. I wasn't implying Baranchyk would beat Vargas. Just Mikey saying there were no credible opponents available at 140 which is a lie. I don't like this fight for the simple fact Jesse by his own admission has out grown 147 and has no business fighting there anymore. Its a good chance he will run out of stamina down the stretch just like he did in the Broner fight.

Garcia is a midget ...

Garcia can't knock nobody at 147. He is a midget at ww. So how can he be the favorite one?. This smells fishy. Don't know why Garcia is a favorite for this one. He show nothing against Spence at all. Vargas is a natural strong warior. Avoided by many fighter like the puertorrican garcia, porter and others s elf called best welters. Only Crawford and Spence are better than jessey. So for Garcia to be favorite just prove that this fight might be fixed. Also Vargas was a late replacement for Bronner and beat him. So this might be a fixed fight. Let's not fall for it. I think this is a solid fight for both Mikey and Vargas. Vargas wanted to move up to 154 before this, so I wonder if he's accepting this fight bc he had no better options or bc he can make 147 and Mikey is the perfect fight for him.

BTW I like Vargas in this fight.
