You odviously haven't seen Porters interview from last week's fight with Porter saying No-one is ducking each other.
When he sees Bud he would talk to him himself.
Porter didn't look too interested in making the fight is what I got out of that interview plus why would Bud go for Porter when he's not the best and lost his last fight.
