        Ring rust affects everyone. It’s just that some guys never really left the gym. Being out affects even how you take a punch, so no one’s safe. At least do like Pacquiao and play basketball everyday, legs are everything.

          I thought that lack of sparring affecting your toughness went without saying. It’s why guys like Toney and Ali could take as well as they gave, while guys who don’t like getting hit are a bit chinny.
