The videos are hilarious though. A few seconds before the bit in question he lands with the knuckle part of the glove and and a few seconds after too.

So in the space of a few seconds he managed to get the glove to move along his arm so his hand was where the strap is. Throw a punch and then quickly slip his hand back into the top of the glove.

It would seem some people don't understand the laws of physics too well

this gif clearly shows Furys left hand is not fully in his glove. his knuckles are in the palm region. he was punching Wilder with pure tape/knuckles. no padding.
