I think that is the going rate for trainers so that probably will happen.

Pretty sure trainer cut is 15% no?

I remember thinking that Jay Deas getting 15% of Wilder's purse is outright criminal

I'm not sure but he certainly deserves his fair percentage.

Sugar is taking a little too much limelight, he isn’t the one that has to get hit in the head or make all of the other sacrifices, as he says, it’s a team effort, they shouldn’t concern themselves with who gets the credit, Fury obviously does because he is the brand they are all hanging on to, without him there is no show.

that is about right.... this is way overblown

Steward did sweet fcuk all, in that 1 short camp

the decision to fight that style was ALL Fury... the decision to seek a trainer who could help implement that style was ALL Fury... the guy who knew that he could pull that style off was ALL Fury... the guy who executed in the ring was ALL Fury

Steward changed little/nothing... in that 1 small camp

not throwing him under a bus.... just saying that no trainer will make much of an impression after a few short weeks

he was just talking about the credit for the fight plan...he's trying to say that no matter how great the plan is it still has to be executed by the fighter to work so credit should be even between the coach and the fighter. of course when it comes to the victory overall, most credit should be the fighter because there are other aspect of the fight that matters aside from the fight plan. preparation, conditioning and the mental aspect of the game is just as important.
