IMO, the truth of what I think, it really looked like Jones took a dive. I mean it wasn't even that hard of a punch. I think Jones was really out of shape to go down on that punch. Maybe it was hard enough to knock him down, but knock him out??? If you look at it in slow mo, he barely hit him hard, then Jones just falls back, almost like on purpose. Dont call me crazy or say "why would he do that" just looked like it to me. And Tarver had the right to celebrate like that, just not in front of Jones, that disrespectful to another fighter and unsportsmanlike. But whatever.

They showed a clip of Roy talking in his locker room after the fight and he didn't look like a guy who took a dive. If he took a dive he would have been acting different(possibly acting like he didn't care), he looked suprised/sad in my opinion. To me he really got caught with a perfect shot at the perfect time and got Koed.
