Hearn said this week that Pacquiao’s people gave him permission to negotiate a fight.

Pacquiao can do what he wants. Funny how the welterweights keep calling him out.

How is it funny? Pac has the WBA Super Belt at 147. Of course welterweights are going to go after that.

Pacquiao signed a 3 fight deal with PBC.

Broner was the 1st, Thurman was the 2nd, and I'm sure PBC and Haymon want to feed him to Spence for the 3rd fight in a Welterweight unification.

But it's clear that Pacquiao and his team would like a winnable fight to end the contract, so he can have much stronger negotiating power on his next deal. He'll have PBC, Top Rank, and DAZN competiting in a bidding war for him.

After the vargas-garcia not really. What credit will pac get for fighting spence’s leftovers? Waste of time at this point of his career. Maybe before the spence fight, it could’ve been big.

Just go with the conor-pac if he wants money.. and hopefully he’ll retire after that, don’t wanna see him planking again.
