Bellew was on of the boxers along with Wilder who wanted to cherrypick Fury when he first came back. Once Fury signed that ESPN they knew he had to have proper tune up before facing the better boxers.

Bellew has been good to very good but never outstanding. Nevertheless he was able to trouble a prime Usyk which is a lot. But not enough for Fury.
