Usyk is good but he's still unproven. I think his name shouldn't even be brought up at heavy until he fights anybody with a pulse. Chirosa is a decent fight for him to test the waters but let's face it Chirosa has nearly as many losses as Usyk does pro fights.

He's being heavily overlooked in that division. The way he's talked about you'd think he was 5ft 7 and 140lbs.

Honestly he doesn't need crazy power for the heavyweight division. His go to has been his output, footwork, punch election and gas tank. As long as he has enough power to gain respect, that will prevent the big guys from just walking him down. After seeing Saturdays fight,he'd be able to take Wilder into deep water if he avoids the right, and he'd be an interesting opponent for Joshua. I see fury as a horrible match for Usyk, since he'd be able to keep him out with just height and reach alone, and he's be able to smother usyk on the inside with his weight.

It's heavyweight boxing, and he's maybe 6'2 and maybe 220lbs, in a world of giant heavyweights.

Relative size is a real thing

Usyk is not to be written off. Other than Fury I think his skill set is possibly high enough to balance out the size difference.

Time will tell but I'm close to convinced he's a big time player at heavy.
