  • Best stable in boxing currently?

    It could only be between Top Rank and Matchroom but it's clear Top Rank is on top.

    #1 heavyweight, light-heavyweight, welterweight, #1 & 2 at 140, #1 & 2 at 135, #1 & 2 at 130 and arguably #1 & 2 at 126.

    pound for pound players: Lomachenko, Crawford, Inoue, Fury, Taylor, Beterbiev

    Prospects: Stevenson, Lopez etc;

    Five unified champs compared to 1 for PBC for example.

    Undisputed title match brewing at 140 (Ramirez-Taylor) probably this year. Undisputed at 135 coming in May. Three fight unification Inoue-Casemiro in April.

    They are putting on the best fights, have the best fighters and seem to have a clearer vision for making sure divisions are unified.

    Top Rank have a really good stable now, and some good young talent.

    Hearn has a good depth of fighters but Top Rank have the more outstanding talents.

          LOL. Their biggest myth has been exposed but now their fanboys will get even more behind fighters even more unproven like Tank and Charlo.

          The beautiful irony about it all is that the best fighter in their stable is a 41 year old Pacquaio. LMAO.

                Oh my love for boxing has been there. Been busy working on a book (I've posted in the history section), been talking at length to some of the all-time greats working on things, also active on other forums. I just prefer posting with rational fans so don't really come here but am I going to miss a chance to laugh at one of the loudest, most vocal and hideous fan bases ever? Hardly.

                So, Top Rank has the best stable right?

                  You have some falsehoods in your post Chrisjs.

                  TBRB has Spence #1 ww and Manny #2, not Crawford. TBRB has Mikey Garcia #1 at 140. TBRB has Leo Santa Cruz #1 at 126, Warrington #2 and Russell #3. TBR has Tank #2 at 130. Tank is also the top draw at 130/135.

                  You should also point out they make garbage fights for Crawford and had Loma avoid Haney at 135 by working with the WBC to make him the franchise/emeritus champ.

                  They do have a very strong roster right now. I especially like Navarette. But they also have gaps, like no one significant at 154, 160, only Crawford at 147.

                    Yup. Went into hiding, then came back once Fury won. Then starts back with the comments about Wilder's fan base, which oddly enough he uses the same terms as he does for Ward's fans, Floyd's fans and anyone that doesn't hate Haymon.

                    The great thing about Fury's win is posters are showing their true selves.
