check the judges?

In boxing there have been a lot of crazy and unfair decisions; what i want to know is that do these boxing judges ever go through a screening or test before a fight, or maybe an investigation after a bad decision. I have never seen a judge on the headlines when he gave a bad decision. Shouldn't the judges be questioned and interviewed after a fight about how they scored the rounds??

In the NFL they review Refs performances (of course not publicly) and during offseason they go over film and a board of refs shows what is considered pass/interference, holding, etc...

Refs are actually scored using these reviews and the best and most consistent are selected to cover the playoffs.
