Neither guy deserves a title shot atm. Fighting each other should possibly put the winner in line for a title eliminator type fight though.
Don't think Brook fancies it though and will try to price himself out. Hearn is just testing the waters to gauge interest, which won't be much outside of UK.

As a UK fan, it'd be a good match up and natural fight to make but has to have some meaning to it i.e final eliminator.

If Brook's timing is on point I'd favour him for a decision or late stoppage. Smith walking forward favours Kell's style IMHO.
