How classy was Anthony Joshua in defeat?

    Dang!

Deontay Wilder crying like a biatch and blaming everything and anything for his conclusive, shellacking defeat.

In hindsight, AJ really took his loss like a man. Didn't make a single excuse, despite there being a ton of conspiracy theories doing the rounds, just kept his head down and grinded out the victory in the rematch to set the record straight.

Meanwhile we have Wilder, Deas and Co. screaming and crying, even accusing Fury of cheating now. I have lost all respect for these palookas.

I liked how AJ stopped the interviewer from trying to talk about how AJ would come back by saying, "No, talk to him (Ruiz), it's his night."

He didn't make excuses and came back and won. Wilder made excuses after both fights with Fury. The most interesting part about Fury-Wilder 3, will be watching Wilder trying to make excuses to Fury's face at the press conferences.

It definitely makes you appreciate the way Joshua handled his loss, especially when you consider all the criticism he had to endure. Wilder could learn a thing or two from that.

I was going to let the excuses slide because Wilder is confused as he thought he was chosen by god to succeed. Now his little fanboys are starting to turn me against him. By contrast, AJ was extremely classy and it makes Wilder look horrible when you compare the two.

Nah he was saying it was a perfect punch and that Ruiz couldn’t have landed anything better in that moment, not a lucky punch.... he clarified it in one of his sky interviews.

Joshua has far more class and maturity than Wilder so it makes sense. Wilder is an entitled man child.

Probably part of the reason Joshua has fans from everywhere. I don’t particularly like his rabid fans and I don’t think he’s a special fighter but I can appreciate that he’s a decent dude that respects the sport, fans and opponents. Wilder has no respect for anyone.
