Back to home and to internet. I haven't seen the fight live but already watched it on YT, and must say that I was wrong in some points:
- Wilder's chin is not that good as I thought, although he wasn't down by pure chin blows;
- I underestimated Fury's stamina; also I was wrong when I susupected that Wilder is physically stronger than Fury;
- I was wrong thinking that it would be a boring fight without a clear advantage of any of the two and just only aimed at the 3rd and 4th battles between them.
It is a very good outcome for HW boxing, albeit not very good for my favourite Adam Kownacki as 1) he won't have any belt battle soon (Wilder will want to have the 3rd fight and promotors will want to have Fury vs. Joshua a.s.a.p.; then you have Pulev, Usyk and Whyte before Kownacki in the queue); 2) he could beat Wilder (now I am even more sure) but he has perhaps only 1% chance for beating Fury.
P.S. I am not surprised that Martin won Washington but I am surprised he KO'd him.
