It's really a toss up because:
1) Spinks is taller than Tsyzu.
2) Spinks is purely a boxer, while Tsyzu is a boxer-puncher which will mean he'll be chasing all night.
3) My take? Spinks by SD, by the slimest of margin.

You could be right. My take on it is that Tszyu chases him for a few rounds and catches Spinks with a thunderous hit on the chin and stops him. Spinks can outbox him but Tszyu is very fast and accurate and i think that is what would let Spinks down.

That may happen but at this point, Tsyzu's power at 147 is speculative. Spinks has a pretty good chin. He was tagged by Mayorga on a number of occasions in their fight and Spinks shrugged them off.
Only moot point is, he got his ass rocked by Zab...

We don't know if Tszyu would carry his power to 147, especially considering that Spinks took Mayorga's punches.

Rather than fighting guys from different weights, though, I'd MUCH rather see him fight KErmit Cintron. I wanna know if Cintron is for real!

good point regarding Tszyu's power at 147. I think if he caught Spinks with one or two good shots, it would be over anyway.

Tszyu always looked small even for a 140 lb'er, and those extra 7 lbs might make a big difference.

Spinks seems to have a solid enough chin, anyhow. He took Mayorga's punches alright, and even though Judah hurt him, Judah's a decent puncher anyway, so there's no shame in that.

Tito would murder Spinks. Spinks is a good boxer but he tends to be easy to hit i have noticed in his fights. Plus we have to remember that Tito is naturally bigger than Spinks too and in this particular fight i think size does make a difference. Spinks is a good fighter at his own weight and thats where he should stop.

I dont care what spinks wants if tito takes this fight i will lose respect for him. Mayo was a good comeback fight, tough opponent, good chin, respectable power but if he wants to beat B-Hop i dont understand how he thinks hes gonna do it by fighting WW. Tito go fight Taylor, Strum, hell any real middleweight would be better than spinks.
