    Life After Boxing

Hi guys I'm a boxing fan and filmmaker. I've long been interested in the other sides of the sport, the sides that most don't talk about or even possibly know about - in this case it's Life After Boxing.

What happens to the vast majority who DON'T retire with millions i the bank? They're in their early 30s, no financial security and few employment prospects.

For every Mayweather there must be thousands of pro boxers who struggle after retirement - physically, financially and mentally.

I sat down with former WBA title challenger, European and British Champ John Murray who opened up about his career and life as a retired boxer. I should point out, if you don't like bad language, this probably isn't for you.

I do this kind of thing for a living, but made this for free without any backing or support, as did John. Purely to get the word out on his important message that gets lost on most fight fans.

It's also a precautionary tale for sports men and women in general, not just boxing. Please have a watch and if you enjoyed it and want to spread the message please share on social media platforms. It'd be great to know if you do, I'm mattknight83 on twitter. Thank you.
