    Bob & Top Rank got a good deal when they signed Fury

    Fury is the now the king of the sport. Remember all the mugs on here saying that Arum overpaid and was gonna go bankrupt??

    Bob knows his boxing and shrewd business man.

    He might be a dishonest as any other promoter but he signed Fury and said there will be 2 fights and then the Wilder rematch on a co promotion and broadcast. I didn’t believe it would really happen but it did. Sometimes in business you have to overpay initially to get the bigger payoff. No different to Showtime’s deal with Floyd. The fights with the likes of Guerrero, Maidana and Berto were probably barely breaking even, maybe even losing money to pay Floyd but they more than make up with it for the Manny and Canelo fights. That’s just how multi fight deals work.

    Bob knew after a couple of fights of Fury getting his body right, Wilder would have no chance. Bob said after the Schwarz fight that Wilder won’t last 5 rounds with Fury next time, he was nearly right.
