    Anyone else a bit confused?

HBO gives us a very good card tonight, with two action packed fights between highly skilled fighters, on regular television. OK props. A bit of controversy at the end but that card was high quality and entertaining.

Next week Rahman versus Maskaev is only available on PPV?? I am kind of scratching my head at this. This has the whole American preventing European heavyweight takeover angle but still, this is not a PPV quality fight, and in quality the card is way below tonights.

Agreed, but Rahman needs that scrilla. I hope he gets paid before facing Toney again because Toney will take the title in a rematch.

Agreed. I also think Maskaev has a chance. Hes nicely skilled and lots of power. But somehow Im not sure Rahmans gonna be suckered into his big shots again.

not that i think rahman vs maskaev is PPV worthy, but it will be a much more exciting fight than ouma/powell or forrest/quartey

whan rahman and maskaev fight, both will probably get hurt and someone is gonna get knocked out, nobody is gonna get robbed on the scorecards in that one. the crowd probably will jump to its feet at some point, something im not sure it did once tonight.

hooray for kassim ouma, he throws 120 ***** slaps a round, im tired of watching 10 or 12 round fights where nobody even gets remotely hurt and one guy is trying to "box" while running backwards.
