At 2:40 left of Round 4, Bayless warned Fury that he was gonna take points off (then proceeded to admonish Wilder too).

He was getting tired of the deliberate clinching, wrestling, headlocks, pushing down etc that he had to keep breaking up.

Point off was fair game IMO. You are not owed unlimited warnings. Do what the ref says or get points taken off.
