Fury will lose I can't see anyone getting out of the era undefeated.

I'm wondering how much leverage Deontay Wilder has right now, if AJ - Fury is worth more than the rematch, Wilder could demand a piece for stepping down on the immediate rematch, and maybe get a contractual fight against the winner.

How many caravans do you think Fury wants?

And only the very top fighters earn more.

How much did Fury get paid last time?

And didn't Fury give his entire pay check for the first Wilder fight away?

Fury is not a money man.

Zero leverage, he has 30 days to exercise his right to a rematch.

There is no step aside money or a chance to fight the winner afterwards.

He's a fighting man. And he'll fight past 2? more fights for sure. Even if he does retire for a year or two or five he'll fight again past this TR deal. Hope I'm wrong cuz I'm a fan of early retirement, but history says it's not something that happens very often when a name retires before 35 & hell often he's not done when he retires after 35.

I can't see Wilder, Joshua, or Whyte/Usyk/Whoever beating him in his last three fights. If he decides to stick around after that maybe.

If anything, he'll be doing Fury and AJ a favor by exercising the rematch clause. Because it will give Fury another good win in a high profile fight, and allow Joshua a chance to get a good win against Pulev.

If Fury and AJ happens this summer, it will probably be too soon to promote it right. Both guys will use their next fights to hype up & promote their eventual undisputed fight.

I think he does because he seems eager to retire and there isn’t anyone who will beat him right now.
