If anyone really believes Ali would beat Shields, just watch some of her fights on YouTube. I want Ali to beat shields because it would make for a great story all the way around but she isn’t beating shields from what I watched the other night. Anne Wolfe would have killed Ali too. Just YouTube past fights for Laila Ali. Shields would embarrass her especially at her age. They both would make a ton of money though.

Ali was a straight puncher who was crushing people in one sided fights. If Foreman could come back after a decade long retirement and push a prime Holyfield to the limit then Ali can push Shields.Comment

Laila Ali is naturally alot heavier than Shields, so to make it fair, they would need to work out a deal that allows Ali to come in at any weight she wants, while Shields has to weigh in at her usual weight.

Foreman & Fury retired in their 20s too and came back and became champs. She had a shorter career than those two, which means less wear and tear. Unlike those two, she didn't get out of shape.
