One thing about this is that Wilder vs. Joshua and Wilder vs. Whyte* would be more entertaining fights than Fury against either of the two.

          * I would have Wilder as the favourite (favorite, Fat Yanks) against Whyte, but the fact that Whyte wants it so bad and Wilder clearly doesn't says that something is up there. Particularly as Whyte has seen him in sparring.

I'm with you on this. I still wanna see Wilder vs. AJ. No idea if it will ever happen, but I'm convinced that it would be an absolute classic.

I can't understand why anybody lost respect for Wilder. He did his best. Was a great fight. He was just outgunned.

Still love the guy. I hope he recovers to deliver more entertainment. What a man, even in defeat.

It IS tainted now, though, isn't it? It'll never be as exciting. If Wilder wins.... "oh, well, a fat Andy Ruiz did the same"... if Joshua wins... "he didn't need to hit that hard, Tyson Fury battered him."

I actually feel that Joshua has more chance of beating Fury (largely from sparring stories) but Wilder has more chance of beating AJ.

It could be a real scissors-paper-stone here.

I see the Ring ratings have been revised, with Fury getting the championship back..... poor old Deontay's been placed behind Dillian Whyte.

Fury delivered a complete beat down. Wilder may win the 3rd fight though.
