Ben Davidson is a glorified water boy.

1st fight still got me laughing why fans were praising Davidson so mi h when his masterclass gameplan got Fury.almost knocked out cold.

Freddy Roach left the team because he thought.Davidson was not helpin Fury and told that he should have been twlling Fury to press Wilder instead of going to just box him.

    Exactly. Freddie saw something there.

Yeah, it's a shame about Davison, he's just a little bit inexperienced and over-cautious. He seems like a genuine guy though, so I'm sure he's still over the moon for Tyson

Exactly. Freddie after the fight told the.reporters immediately that he was disappointed in their gameplan for not using Furys size advantage to bully Wilder and back him up and left the team shortly after because he does not want to do anything of it.

Fury even thanked Davison in his interview after the fight
          Maybe he wasn’t that bad
Although I’m pretty sure any real boxing trainer will be better than Davison , it would only make sense

Ben Davison has his good points but instinctively I felt Davison was wrong for Fury first time as soon he was announced as Furys new trainer.Hence lack of boxing pedigree and young. Not to mention he was a semi professional footballer .After the Wallin fight his dad was deeply unhappy and wanted him gone .I think he may of been none to happy from the outset as well.Interesting to note though which Ive only just realised and you maybe aware of is that Fury didnt want Ben Davison gone but wanted him to work with his new trainer which Ben didnt want so kudos to Fury in being loyal.

As for Sugar Hill Steward Tysons new trainer.A much better choice given his dad was the legendary boxing trainer and appears to have more knowledge than Ben Davison.

On a side not I have a lot of respect for Furys new trainer as well.Hence he was a Detroit policeman and given the racial problems that has existed in America particularly the Detroit 1967 riot caused by police brutality in that area its admirable that he choose that path given him being a black person.

Hence when I listen to him in interviews comes across as a good person.A positive role model which can build bridges and make society a better place.Hence good character ultimately triumphs over all in the long run.
