Remember back in the first Wilder / Fury fight how he told the press he had wanted Fury to walk down & attack Wilder and everyone (Ben Davison & fans) kinda jumped down his throat, thinking it smarter to box, but Freddie was right! Congratulations Gypsy King.

Indeed. Roach wanted to instruct Fury in his corner to walk him down but Davidson just shuts him down.
Freddie detailed he was disappointed that they never used the 45+ pound weight advantage to toss Wilder around. Had Freddie coached Tyson that night, It would have been the same result as the 2nd fight. -
I said at the time that wilder was there for the taking and he could have took him out. Seemed pretty obvious to me that wilder needs space to land a right hand. Davisons advice was terrible.Comment
