You're wrong. I've watched the best replay angle in slow motion dozens of times and the punch is very clearly behind the head, not on the ear.

Change your youtube settings to .25 speed. There are two good replay angles starting at 11m 42s. It's very clearly behind the head.
11:42 clearly shows it bounce off his ear. You fools all cry the ear injury affected him but then say the punch hit the back of the head? Which is it?
