I've been saying this for years. I knew that Wilder would lose if he ever fought a top guy in his prime. Power or not. Wilder feasted on weak opponents for years and they built him up to be the hardest puncher in history and none of it was true. I said he would end up looking like Adonis Steven if he fought a good fighter in his prime and that almost happened tonight. Thinking that your power will bail you out of every fight is a ****** strategy and he finally got exposed tonight. Now imagine if that were AJ or Whyte or Klitschko in there tonight? They ALL have power and can fight technically so Wilder may have looked even worse. Wilder needed to be humbled and this should have done just that. He will never be champion again

No, his power is real or he would have never gotten this far. What's crazy is how no one ever stalked him and made it an inside rough fight like this. Fury is the first to do so in forty plus fights. That's what's crazy. But the power obviously is real.

I don't think so, he has legit power, however we can conclusively say that Ortiz's mystical power was grossly overrated, as was his overall ability.
