Because there is nothing that would suggest he can, hes nearing the end of his career, if he had something, he would have shown it in his last 2 fights and he hasnt. Morales hit Pac with his best punches and could hardly do a thing, and most of the punches that looked like they hurt pac were justpac being off balance. I think hes honestly just at his end and pac is probably going to put him down again.
