      Of pure muscle?

      Muscle take time to build.

It is unheard of in that short of time.

I've done mass gainers and trained everyday just to build muscle mass.

And the target is 1lbs a week, but not all of that is lean muscle.

Wilder was ripped at the weigh in

How Wilder has done this, and done his boxing training, cardio in 13 weeks amazing without PEDs.

I was drinking mass gainers 4 times a day, training twice a day, taking creatine, pre workout shake, intra workout drink, ZMA and eating 6 meals a day.

My calories was 7000 a day, Wilder would have to been eating 1000 calories a day.

And putting on that much weight so fast and eating that much makes you feel slow and sluggish.

No boxer in the history of the sport has put on so much lean muscle in that short of a space of time

3 months ago Wilder weighed 11 and half pounds less. Not 17.

There you have your answer. But you won't accept it I guess.

Got the pics from each weigh in.

                  He looked very ripped yesterday.

David Haye also said how he was never able to put on that much so fast, and he has a much more muscular build than Wilder.
