What I don understand is why it took so long. Why was she given three dates to chose from in the first place? Commission should have ripped that jar open immediately

I ain't looked into this case deeply enough to know, but typically they'll explore other explanations first and only go to the B sample once all other potential causes of a false positive have been eliminated and an athlete's still insisting on their innocence.

I mentioned in this story as well as my previous report - She wasn’t able to personally attend on the other two dates offered. Parties have the right to attend and personally witness the sample being opened, which she exercised in choosing the Feb 19 date.
