AJ has fought 4 current top 10 heavyweights
    Wilder has fought 2
    Fury has fought 1

Aj is definitely a top 3 HW which makes him elite. The guy is proven. Plenty of top HWs have lost to a Ruiz along the way. Look at Lennox Lewis and Wlad

Arum is right though - if Aj stops using his size and power when he needs to - he is done as a top 5 HW. Only time will tell.

He's right. Joshua fought like a ***** against a guy almost every top 10 heavyweight would easily beat. And he's gonna fight like that against Pulev too.

Parker didn't easily beat Ruiz. He is a current top-10 HW.

Espn boxing scene mike Coppinger all reported Ortiz 7 million guaranteed for November 23 PPV vs wilder.

It is generally accepted that Ortiz was already signed to fight wilder when Eddie offered the 7 million. According to Ortiz people post fight Ortiz could only get out was for more than 7 million.

Wilder got 20 million for the PPV and the argument was fox and pbc lost money because of that. However boxing scene and others estimate the PPV went around 285 to 300000 PPV and an 8-9 million gate plus international rights. So that would be around 35-38 million so that would cover it.

It generally appears wilder has earned 15-20 million for fury 1, Breazelle and Ortiz 2. If he ends up with 40 for this fight that would make a 100 million his last 4. Fury reportedly has 100 million deal as well. Either fighter will not be easy to deal with at the bargaining table for AJ with those numbers and either arum or Haymon behind them

Fury banking off his contract but where is Wilder getting that from? Where's your source at for the numbers?
Wilder 15-20 million last 3 fights (espn Coppinger boxing scene) . Fury has a 6 fight 100 million deal. If this fight does a million on PPV they both get 35-40 million. I hope they fight Aj but they don’t have to

Aj is elite but as it stands right now the other two look a little better. That could change in time.

I feel Aj legitimately won a title but I feel a lot of credit for him having 3 should go to the ability of Eddie in 2017 to 2018 selling the uk boxing scene

Not sure how anyone can call him scared.

                Klitschko
                Parker
                Povetkin
                Whyte
                Ruiz

Not a bad top 5, the likes of Takam and Brezeale don’t even make the cut.
Breazelle should be in there whether you make it 6 or drop a guy. They are really equal in ability when he fought them Whyte was very raw klitschko was very old as was povetkin honestly. Parker seems to lower his value every time he fights. It’s a good solid 6. Ruiz was a surprise on European scene.

Wilder top 5 would be of equal value but too many of them from North America for you guys to respect . somehow 2014 -15 Stiverne and arreola are garbage Ortiz is garbage Breazelle is garbage Duhaupas is garbage only fury is good

AJ gets a lot of hate. I’ve watched many of his interviews and he comes across like a pretty decent human being. Sure he’s not the most most talented boxer but he’s usually fun to watch and has definitely overachieved which is something to respect
