Comments Thread For: Eddie Hearn: We Must See Joshua vs. Wilder-Fury Winner

Eddie Hearn has insisted that the winner of the rematch between Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder cannot avoid a unification fight with Anthony Joshua. Wilder defends his WBC world title against Fury for the second time at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday, after the pair fought for a controversial draw in December 2018.

Lol .. we have come a long way from
Hearn offering 7 million pounds to fight Joshua and Whyte being thrown in as a pre requirement

We also have come a long way when Joshua said, accept the amount or we would freeze your career.

Go away Eddie, the top two fighters in the division are busy fighting each other for the foreseeable future. Y'know, the same guys who you attempted to freeze/duck/price out.

Eddie Hearn needs to just run the circus of youtube fighters and leave the world alone. For some reason Mikey Garcia fights in less than 2 weeks and there's been very little news about it but when those sissfied youtubers are making passes out themselves he won't shut up about it

"The fact is, we have made offers to Fury and Wilder of 60 per cent to 40 per cent way before they were as relevant as they are now and they both turned it down."

So all the haters who said Wilder "cherry-picked" Fury because he was fat and out of shape, please take note! Your boy was attempting to "pick" from the same exact tree! Thr difference is the fat guy he chose, knocked his azz the f@ck out! Lol!

Hearn begging for the fight now AJ has become more and more irrelevant. You never see an AJ thread on here anymore unless it’s because of a Hearn quote article.

Those stadium fights will dry up in the next year, the ticket sales for his past few have been getting slower and not selling out.

Fury is the nations sweetheart now. Got his own documentary on prime time TV. His wife is becoming a celebrity too, on all the morning shows. It may seem silly but it counts for a lot when it comes to public perception.

In the eyes of the general public, AJ now is known as the fighter that got smashed by a fatty. He used to be the man for the casuals or general public but not anymore.

When/If Fury beats Wilder this weekend, AJ’s stardom in the UK will hit an all time low for sure. Eddie knows it and that’s why he keeps trying to get some attention around this big fight and attach AJ’s name to it, because he’s verging on becoming well in Fury’s shadow. He was already the joke of a nation last year, now if Fury goes and cements his place as the no.1 by beating Wilder, then AJ is old news.

              People are very fickle.

The way Ruiz hammered Joshua Hearn would be well advised to take one fight at a time ......
At this moment nobody’s interested in Hearn or Joshua just the main men !

How about Joshua-Usyk in an eliminator to earn facing the heavyweight champion? We know chickensht drug cheat Whyte won’t take an eliminator.

Good post as usual. Fury is now the UK #1 celebrity boxer.
