    Wilder's Power and Contentment

Was their ever a fighter as content as Wilder on being behind on the scorecards? I don't think their has been anybody like that.

      Is he actually content?

Nobody is happily going to be losing rounds. He loses them because he is a poor boxer, not because he’s content and lets them slip away.

For me it’s just an excuse for his lack of ability to box with good boxers. It’s like the whole thing that GGG used to get it on purpose, nobody does that, he got hit because he had no head movement most of the time.

He's not content, he's keeping his composure and looking for the moment to strike. Some of yall act like Wilder sleep walks through fights until he lands something. Up until the knockout, he's finding his distance and timing. He's just so inexperienced he doesn't know how to create openings or misses the openings. The better the boxer, the longer it takes.

Mikey Garcia seemed pretty content losing every round to Spence tho.

Wilder followers fighters around the ring, and reacts to things coming his way 'A great boxer imposers their will upon the opponents, ether tactically or physically'.

I think Wilder seems to have just accepted that? This is how things are going to be 'He understands that he will drop rounds, but eventually believes he will land his big shots etc'

Wilder knew he was going to win on scorecards at all times , he was behind in fights but the fights ended before or about mid rounds . The Ortiz fight in 2018 went beyond the mid rounds and look at those cards .

As long as he makes it look close he gets the rounds or the fight and those involved helped him retain his title at all costs we also saw that after round 7 in the Ortiz fight , on top of that he’s almost always allowed to use illegal shots behind the head and neck area that it’s to frequently to be coincidental.

This time is different however with Arum involved, Wilder may just have to legit win rounds in case this does go 12 again , Haymon won’t have the influence here at least as much ,this is being severely overlooked because Wilder won’t have that comfort zone to not worry about rounds slipping by him .

We’re going to see for the first time how Wilder actually reacts knowing rounds won’t be given here unless he really wins them and how that effects him mentally if he’s down substantially towards the end or if he gets desperate earlier opening him to mistakes sooner .
