How is that fair when Lebron is twice the size of Mayweather? They should have had a cross-sport competition. Let Floyd play a little one on one against Lebron on the court, then let Lebron put on the gloves and get in the ring with Floyd. My money is on Lebron for both.
Floyd is nowhere close to Lebron in popularity or positive influence over their respective sport.Comment

My dude, playing 82 games of baskeball is not grueling. Its more finesse than grueling. There is a reason they have 82 games compared to a game like football who only play 16 games. Football is grueling. Boxing is grueling & dangerous. Fighters that fought 4 times a month probably had CTE & slur their words like we have with Tommy Hearns, Shane Mosely, James Toney & others. Look at baseball, they play 162 games a year. Is that grueling too? More like boringSo again, boxing is more dangerous, but not as grueling. You're conflating 2 different things. Boxers could definitely afford to fight more often, but the nature of the business means that marquee stars only have to come out 1-2 times a year. These guys aren't fighting 4 times a month to feed their families anymore. As basketball players playing a lot of games "because they can" you should take a look at stars taking the whole season off due to injury. Being that fast and that strong takes a toll on the human body, and you rarely find guys who can play at the elite level as long as Mayweather has been a fighter.
I'm sure 36 hard fought boxing minutes equates to way more than 48 hard played basketball minutes, but they do it 82 times a year plus playoff games. When we're talking the nature of athleticism, staying power, and being dominant, it's hard to argue against a guy that you saw on TV being dominant nearly every night of a near 20 year career. As much as I respect Mayweather, his schedule through the 2010 decade was sparse, and overpaid (and good for him). He beat every guy worth beating that was near him, but it amounted to him not fighting very much because of his selling power. From a boxing standpoint, Mayweather was my hands down FOTD despite Alvarez being much more active than him and him not having a real fight after 2015. However, when comparing different sports, we're talking about guys who enjoyed the same dominance, but did it a lot more often.
at least to me cuz I played baseball & was bored has hell

Fvk the dumb shet, if they want to use "athlete of the decade" then they should have athletes doing more than one sport like Deion Sanders! On the contrary re tard. I believe Floyd did deserve fighter of the decade. But he is not athlete of the decade and the people have spoken and voted LeBron who I also agree with for athlete of the decade. Mayweather was the best of his era. He is not best of all time. The greatest fighter to ever to step foot in a boxing ring is Sugar Ray Robinson. Now go somewhere and shove that razor up your ass you numbskull dumb ass.
Floyd WHOOPS Walker Smith Jr. but you too dumb to know that cuz all you doing is regurgitating what the bullshet ass historians say who can't even box like YOU can't, dumbass

Nah YOU mad cuz he made more than anyone WITHOUT themHe is his own man but if nike offers a billion dollar contract like they did with lebron he’d be rushing to sign it. But nike will never do that for their image. Or most brands for that matter.
He was quick to do it for hublot too
That’s just the reality that he didn’t get em offers that’s why he didn’t get them... not because he turned them down or was running away from it lol — which he won’t
Real talk and you mad for it.

Yep, does everything he can to stay relevant so he can keep getting paid $10,000 to do a club appearance, even if that means dissing and putting down his own black people, and trying to latch his name to current stars such as Lebron, Pacquiao, Mcgregor, etc.
He’s something like a Perez Hilton or media whore of such.
Not only that but he boxes like a b!@tch and that’s why he never gets full respect from everybody.
There is a reason why you guys hate T.B.E. then turn around & say dumb shet like l0m0 can beat T.B.E.
 You dudes ALWAYS taking L's.

Bullshet. Before it was announced ya'll said Floyd would NEVER fight Nelo cuz he would lose THEN when he does ya'll make EXCUSES. Nelo's TEAM was the one who brought up the catchweight & there was never a rematch in talks, just from the salty "fans"I said he would be top 10. That's good if you know anything about boxing....
He didn't fight a lot of boxers at their best - Canelo - was a novice and Floyd made him lose weight and boasted about how ****** Canelo was for agreeing to lose weight. Floyd also refused the rematch when Canelo was experienced. Floyd really sounds like a great fighter, willing to fight the best....
Pacquiao.... was on the slide when they finally fought and Floyd refused him a rematch when he found out Pacquio had a shoulder injury.
I could go on but waste of time trying to convince a fanboy. If it makes you happy, good for you. You probably think because he beat McGregor he is now the greatest MMA fighter of all time too, right?
Floyd was the one who challenged Manny back in 09 then Manny didn't want to take the test so AGAIN, THEY ducked Floyd. The shoulder injury was a FAKE. He came up with that fake excuse in the dressing room after the fight & AFTER the post fight interview
You can't go on cuz you'll get exposed left & right
And NO, Royce Gracie is the best to do it in the octagon.Comment
