The Showtime/CBS bet on Floyd Mayweather and boxing (plus other content), has led to the growth of Showtime's viewer base of at least 5m subscribers since signing Floyd, and another 3m+ on the digital app.
And he seems to understand things well enough that he's been given the reigns to the full sports portfolio on Showtime (with the Barnes/Jackson show, Schaub's show, and Inside the NFL delivering value, along with the other packages).
They took a chance on Espinoza, and it looks like it's paid off, outside looking in.Comment
