He can’t lose his rank because he’s guaranteed a mandatory title shot under the rules that when another champion comes in , in another weight class he gets a title shot if he requests one .

He doesn’t have to fight anyone ,if he pulled out then people would just cry anyway . .

I used to have big hopes for Usyk at the hw, but these continuous delays tell me that he's not really ready for this division. If he gets past dellboy, I think he'll just try to collect big money in a title shot and then quit.
