While it feels like we are reaching a little bit, it's a good spot nonetheless. Whether or not he's just lost it as in he meant he hasn't physically had the licence card in 2 years is unclear.

However not many people actually lose a licence card...I mean it sits in your wallet or your car. Saying he "can't keep up" probably means he keeps losing it. Given what ended up happening, I don't think it's a huge jump to assume he got tired of getting a new licence printed because he kept losing, probably while partying and getting ****ed up
