Qawi was 5'7 a midget, he will get destroyed by the much bigger Murat Gassiev, De Leon was not anything especial. It's funny when you say Quality over quantity when Usyk has both, his quality of opponents far exceeded Holyfrield's with the exception of Muhammad and De Leon only.

And also Marco Huck was the longest reigning cruiswerweight champ in history. And fought EVERYONE in their own backyard.

Evander was 7-0 at cruiser, Usyk is 17-0. I think Qawi being the best guy both fought. That was also a 15 round fight which Holyfield deserves some extra credit for.

In the end, Usyk not only cleaned out cruiser by beating all of the top 5 guys other than himself, he also had more fights than Holyfield at cruiser.

I think giving him the nod is reasonable.

you obviously never watched him fight.....height doesnt make you a good fighter or bad one


he was a former light heavyweight champion, beat the breaks of hall of famer Matthew Saad Muhammad, went 12 tough rounds with another hall of famer in Michael Spinks, and fought as high as heavyweight, even went rounds with Foreman so him getting destroyed by those guys is highly unlikely given he has been in there with more talented fighters than those guys

Holyfield didn't stay a cruiserweight as long and the weight limit then was 190 not 200. The world's heavyweight title is a much bigger prize and Holyfield won that which Usyk has yet to do. In my opinion Holyfield would beat Usyk at any weight.
