Rising Australian superstar Tim Tszyu has verbally blasted former WBO welterweight champion Jeff Horn's boxing skills ahead of their high-stakes showdown. Some have suggested it is too soon in Tszyu's career for him to fight the vastly more-experienced Horn. The younger Tszyu disagrees with everyone who takes that position.

It always amazes me when fighters downplay what would be their biggest win. It would have been better for Tim Tszyu to say something along the lines of "Jeff Horn is not on my level".

Im looking forward to the fight. Might even see it live if its in Brisbane. It will be a big fight here. Media are covering it and most pubs will show it live. Horn is very popular here and Tim is riding off his dads name but is also clone of his dad with skills to match. So most sports fans will tune in.

Hey Cauliflower I'm an Aussie this is a very big fight for us Aussies, let's face it we don't have much. So yeah seeing as Tim is the son of the great Kostya it's huge, Jeff Horn is getting on so could be a good scrap.

Tim was brought up with a silver spoon on the back of his old mans hard work, wondering how much killer instinct he really has, Jeff got the living s*** beaten out of him by bullies and has shown how tough he is in the ring. Leaning towards Jeff at 154, but the Jeffinator is coming off some huge wars so could go either way.

Looks like young Timmy is getting a bit carried away with himself, talking like that means he has to deliver or else. He's making this a make or break fight although he may prefer the pressure he's putting on himself.

This could be the biggest fight of the year in AU, there is very little for fight fans to get excited about so it's great for the sport. Horn to win.

Sounds pretty arrogant....I think he's in for a reality check when he gets in there with Horn.

I was of the opinion Tszyu would win this fight but I don't like what I am hearing from him.

I appreciate that Tim is talking a bit ****y, but he cannot display that type of arrogance in the ring may get him in trouble. Even-though Horn is mediocre, he's still been in with the better competition. This is far and away Tim's biggest fight and he'd be foolish to underestimate the task ahead of him.

I like Tim Tszyu and want him to well, however calling him a Superstar at this point is a bit much, isn't it?

Lets see if horn's rough tactics will work.I like Tszyu same movement like his father.Hopefully its not a step up too soon.
