By the time Khan's schedule and career started to wind down he was looking for THAT big fight, and although May/Pac never happened for him, he still managed to make lots more millions against Canelo, rather than fight for less money in probably a less risky fight against Brook.
Now the fight, imo, is truly dead. Khan is not dedicate enough for boxing anymore and Brook is almost shot and will get KOd by the time he faces anyone of note at 154....a division Khan is unlikely to fight in.
It is sad because if Brook had had more top quality opponents, and the fight would have made financial sense for Khan.
