Pbc won’t let Russell anywhere near Stank....will keep protecting him and lining up the smaller light hitting weak-chinned Hispanic fighters!! Following the A.Berto plan to the max!!

Remember when folks accused Lomachenko of ducking Gary..do a quick search..some of those people now trash Gary after he lost lol.

He needs to gain some weight. So I guess if he fights at 130 next & earns a fight with Loma with a 135 win after that the fight can happen in 2023.

Russell was one of the only featherweights Loma had a size advantage over at 126. In fact even though Loma could have made much lower weights, judging by his fight night weight, if he dehyrated and rehydrated as much as guys like Canelo do... Im talking not just 122 but 115 or 118 pounds going by THAT standard... Loma's muscle-to-frame ratio seemed to be better at 130 than 126, and now at 135 he's more powerful than ever. He's carrying the muscle well. That KO of Crolla showed explosiveness at 135, mass and power, that was a world away from Loma at 126. So it would just be even worse for GRJ to fight Loma at 135.

GRJ needs to move down to 118. I want to see Inoue vs GRJ at 118. That's a good fight with fast guys. GRJ's power looked good vs Gonzalez but since then he's been punching like a woodpecker at 126. He looks small for the weight. I mean, Loma was small for the weight, and GRJ was smaller than Loma. GRJ should move down to 118, not move up. GRJ vs Chocolatito is a good fight. All those guys can converge at 118, Rigo, Inoue, Donaire is back there, Chocolatito, and turn it into a money division. GRJ just isn't interesting at 126 and definitely not above.

Gary was 138.5 on fight night
                Loma 138

Now, yes. I'm sure Loma will be a few pounds heavier (probably 140-141 flat-ish). Not much, though.

Loma wants to get all the belts at 135 and move down to 130. If he does that and there are no better dance partners at 130, why not? I doubt Loma will be thrilled about this fight though, so GRJ needs to up his game to lure Loma into the ring. Getting decisions once a year against mandatories doesn't cut it.

                    Russell's too small for 135.
