Why’d you pick Boxingscene over other forums

Based on my limited research (half a day), it appeared that the moderators were well organized and the fans had an above average boxing IQ.

I've been reading boxing scene for like 10 years or something now. I was having a quiet day at work one day and thought i'd finally join to actually have somebody to talk boxing with.

I find this to be the most openly gay forum

We know all boxing fans are bi curious at least, even subconsciously. Seeing half naked men in a ring, hoping to see one dominate the other. We like to subconsciously put ourselves in that position, sexually. And Checking out how men in their pants look at a weigh in.

It’s a very h0mo****** sport and I find this forum embraces that more than others.

The amount of sexual conversations I’ve had with notable forum members in private messages is crazy.

Boxing banter. I was on that forum and this was around the Mayweather/Hatton build up, it was a british forum, you commit blasphemy if you pick against Hatton, I was already a member of boxingscene but didn’t post here, basically I picked against Hatton, thought he was going to get stopped, I was ridiculed for it “Because if anyone was going to get stopped it was the smaller Mayweather” “He has never been in with someone that tough” Blah Blah Blah, not been able to take that sort of nuthugging, I started contributing more on boxingscene, found the posters here a little more to my taste.

Back then it was more about the boxers than anyone else, nowadays boxingscene has changed. It’s more about their guardian than the boxers nowadays, which is sad really.

The only other boxing forum I’m familiar with is attached to a site in which the writers can’t write to save their lives and present incredibly biased opinions in their news articles like its fact.

This guy must be a MMA fan seeing guys lying on top of each other in speedos then scissoring each other. Dumb @ss at least boxing your in your feet and wearing boxing trunks instead of speedos. Pretty much me also. I got tired of being the only boxing fan I know? I mean I have a few but they say the dumbest sht. I just shake my head and be like wtf did he/she just say??? Be like Manny PAC would of whipped Mike Tyson if they were both in their primes???? I’m like ummm ok....
